WINTER SCHEDULE:
Workouts for November - December will be: 
    Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from 4:00-6:00 pm ALL ROWERS. 
Workouts for January 2 - March 4 will be: 
    HS ROWERS Monday - Friday 4:00-6:00pm
    MODIFIED ROWERS- TENTATIVE Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 4:00-6:00pm 
    (No Tuesday practice Jan/Feb/March for MODIFIED) 
    No practice is scheduled on school days off including January 21 and February 18-22nd.

All practices will begin in the Taft Cafeteria at 4:00 pm

What is the Winter Workout Program?
  • The winter workout season consists of indoor practices including running, weight training and work on the rowing machines.  
  • There will be at least one indoor regatta, the Mohawk Meltdown, on March 2 at Niskayuna HS.
  • Dues for the winter are $295 for High School Students and $265 for Modified Students


Who do I contact for help with Login and Registration?

Who can sign up?
  • Shaker Junior and Senior High School Students in grade 7 through 12.

What do I wear?  
  • Athletes are expected to wear or bring proper training clothes, including sneakers.
  • Athletes should be changed and ready to work out by the start of practice.

What do I need to know about the program and practice?
  • Bring water - stay hydrated!
