Shaker Crew members and parents can use our secure online registration system which allows families to complete registration for sessions, update email address information or volunteer 24/7 from any internet-connected computer.
Before logging in please read the program information below.
Winter Training begins on Tuesday January 3, 2012 in the Weight Room and Adaptive PE room in the high school. Rowers should be prepared to run outdoors daily.
Here are the specifics:
- Modified-grades 7-8 will practice from 2:30-3:45 pm Monday-Thursday. Three days a week is suggested.
- Grades 9-12 will practice 3:15-4:45 pm Monday-Thursday. On Friday grades 9-12 will go from 2:30-3:45 pm. In addition rowers in grades 9-12 should attend the session on Saturdays from 9-10:15 am.
- New rowers are welcome and will be asked to sign a waiver and pay a $50 fee after two weeks of trying our Winter Training.
This schedule is designed to give students access to a variety of facilities and make the 4 p.m. (modifieds) or 5 p.m. buses. On Saturday we have complete run of the facilities and it is a good time to get a quick workout in if you do not have an academic or family commitment.
